Return and Refund Policy


Our “Tocoma Return” policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by from the date that you have received the items you purchased from us, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange/replacement.

To be eligible for a Tocoma Return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Since we are not the sole reseller of this product (Tocoma), we require a receipt or proof that you have indeed purchased the product from us.

And, please do not send the item you purchased back to the manufacturer, because it would be very costly in your part, since Tocoma product is sourced directly from international companies, thru the country’s exclusive distributor.

Instead, please contact our Tocoma Customer Support by phone, FB Messenger, or email to seek guidance on how to ship back the item you purchased from us.

You can also use any of these last-mile-logistics LBC, J&T, and JAS Intermodal Logistics, Inc., being our logistics shipping and delivery partners.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs in returning the Tocoma product/s that you purchased from us.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Further, be sure to track the item you shipped. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item on time.

Refunds (if applicable)

Important Note:

Refund policy is only applicable for items pre-paid at the time of order, and/or items paid upon receipt and/or delivery.

No refund is needed for items ordered thru Cash-On-Delivery payment arrangement, but Cancelled at the time of delivery attempts. Hence, NO actual payment of the items ordered is being done.

Once the item returned is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or thru the original method of payment used, within 7 – 15 working days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges/Replacements (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact our Tocoma Customer Support by phone, FB Messenger, or email.
